Value Creation in Small Businesses (34211)

Learn the art and science driving value creation in small businesses. This course equips future operators with battle-tested frameworks and practical tools for driving growth in companies with 10-250 employees. Through real-world case studies and hands-on projects, you'll learn how to pull the key traditional value creation levers: revenue growth, margin expansion, and multiple expansion. Beyond traditional value drivers, you’ll learn how to build a winning team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and harness digital transformation to accelerate equity value creation.
